What is powder coating

Powder coating is a method of applying a protective coating to a surface using thermoplastic or thermosetting resin powder.

The powder is sprayed onto the surface to be coated using electrostatic guns, creating an electrostatic charge that attracts and adheres the powder to the surface uniformly. Subsequently, the piece is heated in an oven, melting the powder and allowing it to form a solid, durable, and resistant coating.
