Erosion using jets of very fine abrasive material
Microblasting consists of blowing a jet of special very fine abrasive at controlled pressure against the surface to be cleaned, so as to clean and roughen the surface, avoiding invasive abrasion (as instead occurs with traditional dry sandblasting). It is performed on site, at external sites, or, when requested, at the FES Srl headquarters. Where requested by the customer, the microblasting treatment is followed by the application of a special protective coating.
